A Romantic Weekend in the Beskydy: Sauna for Two and Nature's Calm

A romantic weekend does not have to be complicated, it takes a bit of calm, a little warmth and time just for the two of you. At Anděl penzion in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm we have it all ready: a private sauna, a room with a bath in the bedroom and the Beskydy outside the window. Here is how to plan it.

A private sauna just for the two of you

Our Finnish private sauna is always reserved just for your pair (it fits 2–4 people, so you have complete privacy). The price is 1000 Kč for 120 minutes, with robes and towels included.

A few things to make it run smoothly:

• Book at least 2 hours in advance on 602 541 112, we will heat the sauna gradually.
• The last entry is at 18:00, so plan for the late afternoon.
• We are happy to prepare chilled prosecco to go with the sauna, just ask when booking.

The Andělský room: a bath in the bedroom and a private terrace

Of our nine nature-themed rooms, the most popular for romance is the Andělský room, it has a bath right in the bedroom and its own terrace overlooking the greenery. Coffee on the terrace in the morning, a candlelit bath in the evening.

Rooms for two cost 2000–2700 Kč per night, with breakfast included. A city tax of 50 Kč per person per night is added. Take a look at our rooms and choose the one for you. Plan the weekend step by step

To let the weekend flow nicely, this rhythm has worked well for us:

1. Friday evening, arrival, dinner nearby, a relaxed start.
2. Saturday morning, a walk or a trip (we have plenty of suggestions).
3. Saturday afternoon, the private sauna and prosecco, ideally around 16:00.
4. Saturday evening, a bath in the room and a cake from our café.
5. Sunday morning, a slow breakfast and coffee on the terrace.

A small honest note

We are a family-run penzion in a quiet spot 100 metres from the Bečva cycle path. To keep the peace for all our couples, we unfortunately do not accept pets, please bear this in mind when planning.
