How much does accommodation in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm cost?

A night at Anděl guesthouse in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm costs CZK 2,000 to 2,700 for a room for two people, depending on which of our 9 rooms you choose. The price includes a generous breakfast, parking right at the guesthouse and Wi-Fi. The only compulsory addition is the city tax of CZK 50 per person per night. We have 9 rooms, and the price mainly depends on their size and features. It is always the price for the room and two people per night, not per person. Here is the breakdown by room type:

The cheapest is the smaller Modřínový room, while the Andělský room with its own terrace and bathtub costs the most. You will see the exact amount for your dates in the booking system, as it can vary with the season and occupancy. The range of CZK 2,000 to 2,700 holds true all year round.

What is included in the room price?

With us, there is no small print and no surprises. Whichever room you choose, the price for two people always includes:

• a generous breakfast for both guests (we serve breakfast to overnight guests only),
• free parking right at the guesthouse, no need to look for a space or drive anywhere else,
• Wi-Fi throughout the guesthouse.

None of this costs extra, it is simply part of the stay. Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00, and on the day of departure you leave the room by 10:00. Parents will also be pleased that children up to 4 years old without their own bed stay with us free of charge.

What costs extra?

Only a few items are added, and most of them are optional:

• city tax CZK 50 per person per night, the only compulsory item beyond the room price,
• an extra bed CZK 599 per person per night, if you are travelling as three or four,
• a children’s cot CZK 100 for the whole stay, by arrangement,
• a private sauna CZK 1,000 for 120 minutes, if you add some wellness to your stay.

A quick example: two guests in a room at CZK 2,200 for one night pay CZK 2,200 for the room plus CZK 100 city tax (2 × CZK 50), CZK 2,300 in total for the night, breakfast, parking and Wi-Fi included.

How much do families with children pay?

For families, the maths is simple. Children up to 4 years old without their own bed stay free, so a parent with a small child pays just the price of a double room. For older children, you add an extra bed for CZK 599 per person per night, or a cot for CZK 100 for the whole stay.

The Bukový room with its separate bedroom offers the most space, but we can fit an extra bed or a cot in our other family rooms too. You can see which one suits you from the photos and amenities on the rooms page.

Is the price per room or per person?

Per room, for two people. Comparison portals often show prices per person, which looks cheaper at first glance, until you start counting two nights for two people. With us the amount is per room, so you know in advance how much you will pay, with no adding up at the end.

For couples and smaller families, this usually works out better than paying for each person separately. Travelling alone? In selected rooms the price for one person is CZK 1,350 per night, again with breakfast and parking included. Why do prices vary, and how do you find yours?

The main factor is the room type: smaller doubles are the cheapest, while more spacious rooms with a terrace or the Andělský room with a bathtub cost a little more. The second factor is the date, as we tend to fill up over holidays and in the high season, so it pays to book ahead.
